Toklat Slow Twist Dr. Bristol Hunter Dee

This bit features 3 3/4" dee ring cheeks and combination slow twist Dr. Bristol mouthpiece.

The dee ring keeps the bit fairly stable in the horse's mouth. The Dr. Bristol multi-joint eliminates the nutcracker action of a single joint snaffle, but the flat center piece puts pressure on the tongue, while the slow twist puts pressure on the lips. This bit might work for a horse that needs a stonger bit, cut objects strongly to palate pressure.
