The Korsteel Solid Jointed Mouth 3 Ring Continental Gag Bit is a cross between a pelham and a gag.
The single joint mouthpiece is free to move up in the horses mouth like a gag (but not as far). This bit acts on the poll with varying degrees of strength depending upon which ring the reins are placed. The lower the ring the greater the strength.
