Myler English Dee No Hooks French Link MB 10

This bit features traditional English Dee cheeks and a Myler MB 10 french link mouth. It is a level 1 bit. USEF, FEI, and USEA Dressage Legal 2019. Consult the rulebook for more information.

he MB 10 is a more comfortable Myler version of the traditional French link mouthpiece. It has a smaller link with a flatter contour, which allows the tongue more freedom in the mouth and minimizes interference with the palate. Although it lacks the benefits of a true Myler mouthpiece, it has a distinctive curve, so the bars of the bit wrap around the horses bar and lips, which make the bit more comfortable.

The dee without hooks is a traditional "D" shaped cheek with a fixed attachment to the mouthpiece. This style keeps the mouthpiece from draping on the tongue, providing a more direct signal than the loose ring. The straight side of the dee will not pull through the mouth and does not pinch.
